Sport Specific training:

When you are playing a sport , there is a necessity of not only improving the skill but also to improve your overall fitness relatively to that sport. There are different kinds of  sports like Swimming, running , football, basketball, cricket etc.. Each of these sports place different kinds of demands on the body. SST enables to improve your performance and physical preparedness for that sport. 

Sport Specific training helps to maximize physical potential and also address the specific areas in the sport where one needs to improve on, reducing the occurrence of injuries.
