Geriatric Training
Geriatric training is underlooked by most of the people. Degeneration starts as early as 30s. As you age closer to 50 there is a very good chance that you start developing aches and pains, restricted mobility in certain areas of the body. There is a need to Maintain Bone & Muscle mass and develop strength which in turn helps you to complete your daily activities easily. Especially when it comes to women, there is very much need for training as most women are susceptible to bone-related issues in the later stages of their lives. Adding to that during menopause there will be hormonal changes in the body which might lead to fat gain. So maintaining muscle mass becomes very important as muscle is an active tissue, that helps you maintain or improve Metabolism.

We do mobility assessments and try to find restricted areas to work on that might be causing some aches and pains and also develop & maintain Strength. Customized training regime as per your lifestyle and needs.
