Mobility and Flexibility
Having good and optimal Mobility and Flexibility is a sign of a superior quality of life. Consequences of poor mobility and Flexibility are an increased risk of injuries, as limited mobility can lead to poor posture and improper biomechanics during movement. Muscles, tendons, and joints may become strained or stressed, making individuals more susceptible to sprains, strains, and even chronic conditions such as tendinitis. This compromised physical state can hinder not only athletic performance but also basic tasks in daily life.
What we work on:
Movement screening, posture, and mobility assessment. Regular fitness plan which also includes where to work specifically and generating a personalized routine that works particularly in improving sites where mobility/flexibility is lacking.
